About Sam's Sourdough

Sam's Sourdough is a small startup bakery based in Sparrow Bush, NY. We are new. One year in, and every loaf still gets our full attention. We come to you, so there is no line to stand in and no storefront to find. We bake, we deliver, and you get bread that tastes like it was made this morning, because it was.

Our work centers on one thing done well. As an artisan bakery, we shape and bake sourdough bread the slow way, with a long fermentation that builds real flavor and an honest crust. From that base we branch out. We make sourdough croissants with the buttery layers you expect from a proper croissant. We make sourdough pretzels with a chewy pull and a deep golden finish. And we make cinnamon sugar sourdough for the mornings that call for something sweeter.

Every order is baked fresh, not pulled from a shelf. Plain Sourdough is our foundation and the loaf we are proudest of. The croissant sourdough, the pretzel sourdough, and the cinnamon sugar sourdough each start from the same living starter, so the character carries through no matter which one you choose. We keep the list short on purpose: fewer items, more care.

We serve Sparrow Bush and Port Jervis, NY, and we bring the bread directly to your home. Being new means we have room to grow with you, and we take your feedback seriously.
